CHS Race For The Cure: 3K Walk-Run-Jog
Central High School is having a 3K Walk-Run-Jog “Race For The Cure” on Sunday, September 23rd., starting @ 2:00 pm @ the Central High School Football Stadium. The event will be held rain or shine.
All Central Feeder-School students, their families, faculty and staff are invited to attend. This event is also open to the public.
Registration will take place from 1:00-2:00 pm. @ the Football Stadium. There is no pre-registration. Register the day of the event only.
Participation fee is $5.00 for students in grades 1-12, $10.00 for adults, and free for kids in kindergarten or younger.
ALL proceeds (100%) collected from participation fees will be donated to a local Cancer Facility to support Cancer Research.
Awesome TAKEDOWN BREAST CANCER T-Shirts will be available to purchase: $10.00 for short sleeve and $15.00 for long sleeve. There is a limited supply of 40. For more information please email Mike Lapadat at Michael.lapadat@evsck12.com
Please come if you can and if you can’t, please help spread the word. Again, this event is open to the public. Last year we had about 80 people participate, and we would like to break 100 this year. 3 kilometers is less than two miles. It shouldn't take more than 30 minutes to walk.
